This past weekend Mr Sun pleased us with a visit. It was such a nice change from Uncle Cloud and Aunt Rain. Given that Mr Sun is very unpredictable, you really have to spend time with him when he minds to shows up. We took a walk together both on Saturday and Sunday, and on Monday he was gone again. Luckily I had taken some photos of him and me before he left.
So what did I wore? My standard outfit when I don’t have very much time to think about clothes (yes, I am still working on my applications, but the last two (this time) are going to be submitted tomorrow, I am only waiting for a couple of signatures now). A striped tee, a black cardigan, and boots. To spice it up I added my statement necklace. Easy peasy, especially when you can put on a hat and don’t need to do your hair.

That is such a lovely outfit Anna – and it’s easy too, unbelievable! This necklace is so beautiful – my favorite of yours. I never get tired of seeing it, and it really shines on the striped background. The lines of the long cardigan are very elegant, and allows your fantastic boots to shine in the sunshine! Glad you got a glimpse of Uncle Sun too, do you have Evil Sister Snow visiting now? We have had snowfall for the last two mornings – not the best way to start a day!
Thank you Tine! I would say that we are invaded by the whole Snow family! However, the Snow family is pretty ok as long as they don’t affect the trains. However, I don’t like Mr. Cold, if could decide I would send him to a warmer place! He might even be appreciated there! Have a great weekend!

I like your easy-peasy outfit, Anna. I’ve been wearing quite a few easy outfits too, lately. I’ve been staying busy in school. I’m not teaching this semester, but I have a research assistantship so I don’t dress up as much.

I do enjoy the research job, but I can’t wait to really get going on the research. I’m also working on my thesis and constructing the survey questions is very difficult.
